What is the order process?
1. Submit Your Specifications
Tell us about your project dimensions, wood species, finish, and hardware preferences by completing this online form. After receiving your order details, our team will review the specs to ensure accuracy and compatibility. If we have any questions, we’ll reach out.
2. You Receive Your Quote
Get a detailed quote within one business day, including pricing and lead times.
3. Place Your Order
Confirm your specs and provide an approval. Once your order moves into production, each component is custom built to your specifications. After your project is completed, all items are carefully inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment or delivery. 99% of orders will ship within 7-10 business days.
4. We Ship Your Project
Your custom drawers are manufactured, quality-checked, and delivered on schedule. At the time of your shipment, we’ll send an email with your details, including timing, tracking number, and invoice. Payment will be collected at this time. Given our central location, shipping transit times are typically between 1-4 business days depending on state and shipping method.

What does “Labeling” mean?
To make installation easier on your job site, each drawer can arrive with a project-specific label placed on the inside-facing side of the drawer. Each label may include:
- Company Name
- Order Number
- Project Name
- PO Number
- Drawer Dimensions
This information will help your team quickly identify where each drawer belongs during installation.
What is the finishing process?
After sanding all surfaces, we apply a high-quality sealer to protect the wood and enhance durability. We sand again and add a durable lacquer finish. Finally, your project receives a final sanding and second lacquer coat to deepen the finish and provide superior durability against wear and tear. We also offer water-based finish upon request.

What locking devices do we offer?
Drawer locking devices attach and secure the drawer box to the undermount slide. As with our slides, we stock Blum (Tandem and Movento) and Salice (Futura and Progressa) and include these options on our online order form here. If you need a different brand, please let us know.

How do I measure correctly?
Measuring Instructions for 1/2″ and 5/8″ Drawer Side Thickness
All measurements are for actual drawer dimensions and not cabinet openings.
Please use inches not metric when submitting quote requests.
For Undermount Slides
| Drawer Width | Deduct 5/8″ off the cabinet opening for 1/2″ drawers. Deduct 3/8″ off the cabinet opening for 5/8″ thick drawers. |
| Drawer Height | Deduct a minimum of 1″ off the rough opening height. |
| Drawer Depth | Drawer depth range is 9″ to 30″ in increments of 3″. Requires up to 1/2″ space behind the drawer. Refer to hardware manufacturer’s instructions for exact clearance requirements. |
For Sidemount Slides
| Drawer Width | Deduct 1-1/16″ off the cabinet opening. |
| Drawer Height | Deduct 1/2″ minimum off the rough opening height. |
| Drawer Depth | Drawer depth in increments of 2″ (even-numbered). Recommend up to 1/4″ space behind the drawer. Refer to hardware manufacturers instructions for exact clearance requirements. |
How do you ship, and how are the products packaged?
Our goal is to make sure your order arrives safely, on time, and in the most efficient way possible.
Every order is carefully packaged to minimize movement and help prevent damage during transit. Depending on the size and scope of the order, shipments may be sent via parcel or pallet freight using the best method for timing, protection, and cost. If you have a preferred carrier or would like to use your own freight account, we’re happy to accommodate.

What hardware options do we offer?
We offer a variety of hardware options to complement your drawer system, including:
- File drawer hardware
- Metal canisters for utility drawers
- Garbage cans for trash pull-out systems
- Front locking devices
- Undermount and side-mount slides
Additional hardware options may be available based on your project requirements.
All hardware is available upon request and may incur an additional charge.
